Ardeje 8000
Following requests from users, designed by specialists, ardeje 8000 printers are as efficient on soft substrates as they are on hard substrates. As modular, they combine high printing quality and simplicity of use. They are a perfect compromise between simplicity and efficiency for reduced exploitation costs.
High printing quality
The resolution varies from 300 to 600 DPI with modules that can have from 4 to 8 piézo-electric heads depending on the model. We can adapt from 4 to 6 colors depending on your needs.
Volume printing
The big Z axis makes possible the printing of flat substrates up to 300 mm thick for a printing width varying from 1500 to 2500 mm. Thus, ardeje 8000 printers multiply your printing potential, as well as your markets.
Accuracy and controlled positioning
ardeje 8000 printers can be equipped with suction tables for an optimum positioning accuracy or with a roll to roll system for continuous feed printing.

Visudrop
Visudrop is a device to measure drops from the buzzard to the substrate. Designed from Ardeje Research works, it makes possible to measure, to see and to analyse all of the control parameters of the drop formation to its impact. Versatile, it works with the vast majority of the printing heads on the market.
Visudrop is controlled by home-designed software that operates the system, the lighting of the drop-pictures acquisition video camera.
